Giới thiệu:

Dự án “Kinh tế tuần hoàn trong sản xuất ca cao” do EU tài trợ và Helvetas thực hiện, đã phát triển một số sản phẩm bao bì sinh học từ phụ phẩm nông nghiệp – giải pháp giúp tăng tính tuần hoàn trong chuỗi ca cao, cà phê, dừa và điều. Tham gia hội chợ, Dự án mong muốn hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp bao bì kết nối thị trường, tìm kiếm đối tác, khách hàng và nhà đầu tư quan tâm đến sản phẩm xanh, thân thiện môi trường.

Sản phẩm/Dịch vụ:

1. Pallet phân huỷ sinh học (NetZero): Giải pháp thay thế pallet gỗ đạt chứng nhận trung hòa carbon của USDA, giúp giảm phát thải và hạn chế nạn phá rừng./ Biodegradable Pallets (NetZero): USDA-certified carbon-neutral alternatives to wooden pallets, reducing deforestation.

2. Nhựa sinh học: Vật liệu nhẹ, chi phí hợp lý, với 51% là phụ phẩm nông nghiệp (bã cà phê, vỏ ca cao v.v…) kết hợp nhựa PP hoặc PLA, góp phần giảm rác thải nông nghiệp và thúc đẩy sản xuất bền vững./ Bioplastics from agriwaste and PP/PLA—lightweight, cost-effective & up to 51% cocoa/coffee waste.

3. Giấy từ vỏ lụa hạt ca cao: Loại giấy bền, dai và mịn, được Công ty Sô-cô-la Marou sử dụng để gói socola; tận dụng phụ phẩm ca cao, góp phần giảm rác thải và thúc đẩy sản xuất xanh./Paper from cocoa bean shells, used by Marou Company for chocolate wrapping, is durable, strong & soft.

Introduction:

The project “Circular Economy in Cocoa Production”, funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by Helvetas, has developed several biodegradable packaging products made from agricultural by-products – a solution that enhances circularity within the cocoa, coffee, coconut, and cashew value chains.

By joining the exhibition, the project aims to support packaging enterprises in connecting with the market, seeking partners, customers, and investors interested in green and eco-friendly products.

Biodegradable Pallets (NetZero): USDA-certified carbon-neutral alternatives to wooden pallets, helping reduce carbon emissions and deforestation.

Bioplastics: Lightweight and cost-effective materials made with up to 51% agricultural by-products (such as coffee grounds and cocoa husks) blended with PP or PLA, contributing to agricultural waste reduction and sustainable production.

Paper from Cocoa Bean Shells: Durable, flexible, and smooth paper made from cocoa bean husks, used by Marou Chocolate for packaging – an eco-innovation that helps minimize and promote green manufacturing.
