THE 8TH INTERNATIONAL COFFEE, TEA AND BAKERY EXPO

(COFFEE EXPO VIETNAM 2024)

 

The 8th Vietnam International Coffee, Tea, and Bakery Expo (Coffee Expo Vietnam 2024) will take place from Thursday, October 31 to Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), 799 Nguyen Van Linh Street, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. This three-day event will feature over 100 businesses and nearly 200 brands from many countries, attracting the attention of both local and international visitors.

Organized annually by Coex and licensed by Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Industry and Trade, Coffee Expo Vietnam presents thousands of opportunities for cooperation and trade within the coffee, tea, and F&B industries. The event also offers a unique experience for coffee – tea – bakery enthusiasts. Over the past 7 years, Coffee Expo Vietnam has steadily established its role as an important event in the coffee, tea and F&B industries, becoming the premier choice for businesses and international organizations seeking to promote their products, expand into new markets, and explore investment opportunities in Vietnam.

Coffee Expo Vietnam 2024 is organized by Coex with support from the Vietnam Coffee Cocoa Association (VICOFA) and the Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Association (BMTCA). This year’s event is also sponsored by the Gold Sponsor DMCC Coffee Centre and features Media Partners such as Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (Beluxcham Vietnam), Malaysia Business Chamber Vietnam (MBC), Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV), Riviu, and Transportation Partner Be.

Largest Scale to Date

To fulfill its role as the leading international exhibition of coffee industry in Vietnam, Coffee Expo Vietnam continuously innovates to offer more engaging activities each year. Coffee Expo Vietnam 2024 will feature the largest scale to date, with 200 booths bringing together 100 businesses from 15 countries and regions, including Vietnam, South Korea, Dubai, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Belgium, and others.

Featured brands include reputable names in the coffee, tea and F&B industries. Some of the notable brands are Vinacafe, Trung Nguyen, UCC, Phuc Sinh, Han Vinh, Viva Star, Amber HSU, Fox Coffee, Volcano, Blue in Green, Intenso, Zerohero, Cobi Home, Tim Corp, Vietblend, Lamvita, Thoi Dai, Nhat Huong, Fancyfood, Dalatmilk, Idocean, Dripp, Solomon, Cat Nghi, Nagocha, QOA.

A highlight this year is the ‘New Product Showcase’ area, displaying the latest offerings in ingredients and machinery from both domestic and international brands. Here, visitors can experience and explore each product firsthand, gaining insight into the latest trends in the coffee, tea, and F&B industries.

This year, Coffee Expo Vietnam also introduces the ‘CEV 2024 Awards’, capturing the interest of F&B businesses and enthusiasts with three major categories: Best Rookie, Best Marketing Activities, and Most Favorite Exhibitor.

In addition to the exhibition booths, Coffee Expo Vietnam 2024 will feature a series of exciting activities over three days, taking place from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm each day. This is an ideal opportunity for the coffee lovers to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of an international event, explore and experience many attractive activities from professional barista competitions to workshops.

Coffee Expo Vietnam 2024 will feature a series of exciting activities lasting three days, taking place from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm each day. This is an ideal opportunity for coffee lovers to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of an international event, explore and experience many attractive activities from professional barista competitions to seminars.

‘Café Workshop’ program will offer free classes guided by experts. This is a valuable chance for café and bakery owners to learn creative and innovative recipes at no cost.

‘Grand Coffee Challenge 2024’ is an international competition gathering over 50 skilled baristas selected from competitions in countries such as Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Australia, South Korea, China, and Malaysia. The competition will include main events such as the Pour Challenge (Latte Art) and Brew Challenge (hand-brewed coffee).

‘Quay Bar Challenge’ also promises to attract the attention of visitors. Contestants will create unique drinks (non-alcoholic, with or without coffee) to appeal to the taste buds of the judges and the audience. This competition introduces new standards, allowing Vietnamese baristas to gain valuable experience on the international stage.

In addition, Coffee Expo Vietnam 2024 will introduce a game called ‘Coffee Explorer’ for all visitors. Participants will complete activities at various booths to collect stickers, which can then be exchanged for gifts at the exhibition. The game provides an engaging way for visitors to explore the products and brands.

Taking place alongside Coffee Expo Vietnam 2024 will be the 15th Vietnam Int’l RetailTech & Franchise Show (VIETRF 2024), the largest and only event focused on franchise and retail technology in Vietnam.
