THE 6TH VIETNAM INTERNATIONAL COFFEE, TEA AND BAKERY EXPO
After two years of absence due to a global pandemic crisis, the 6th Coffee Expo in Vietnam is back this year. The exhibition will be held from November 3-5, 2022 at SECC, 799 Nguyen Van Linh St, Ho Chi Minh City.
Coffee Expo 2022 is co-organized by Coex Vietnam and Vinexad; with the support from the Vietnam Coffee and Cocoa Association (VICOFA) and Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Association; with the sponsor from DMCC Dubai (Diamond Sponsor) and Funding Societies (Silver Sponsor). This year’s exhibition has over 250 booths, displaying coffee, tea, machinery, equipment; ingredients for preparation, baking,… This year’s exhibition has more than 250 booths, displaying machines, equipment, ingredients for drinks and baking.
Gathering hundreds of participating Exhibitors
This year’s exhibition attracts the participation of 150 brands from many countries such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, Italy, Dubai, Korea, Singapore and Vietnam. Some outstanding brands include: coffee from Là Việt Coffee, Shin Coffee, Phương Vy, UCC Coffee, Simexco, Minh Tien, Mercon Specialty,… machines & ingredients from many distributors such as: Bestbarista, Lý Gia Viên, Vovos, Asian Dragon Group,.. many training classes will be hosted by the professional training and solution providers such as Vietnam Barista School, Hướng Nghiệp Á Âu…and especially, the opportunity to meet a big coffee trading company from Dubai – DMCC.
Coming to Coffee Expo 2022, businesses, retailers, importers and distributors can meet face to face directly through the biz-matching program. In particular, visitors can easily find the latest and hottest products on the market at the “New & Hot Products Showcase” area that are carefully selected before the exhibition.
Always carrying the mission of being a connector for businesses and potential customers, Coffee Expo has become an event to trading, survey markets, seek export opportunities, and attract effective investment for the businesses joining in the supply chain of this industry.
Many interesting specialized activities
In the framework of Coffee Expo 2022, many specialized activities are held such as: Training Class, Seminar, Final Round of Vietnam Coffee Challenge Competition with 3 categories of Brew Challenge on November 3rd, Pour Challenge on November 4th, Roast Challenge on November 5th.
The barista community and businesses running coffee shops, pastries, restaurants, hotels, etc. will be able to participate free of charge in Training Class to learn many latest recipes. Training Class is hosted by the barista experts. Some classes such as: “Taste of hand-brewed coffee”, “Mousse cake decoration”,…
In addition, there are many useful tips and knowledge from basic to advanced that will be fully shared by the experts from many countries around the world through seminars. A special thing about this year’s exhibition is the Final Round of Vietnam Coffee Challenge, which is held for the first time at Coffee Expo with a total prize value of up to VND 150 million. This competition is a place to connect the coffee lover community across Vietnam. The final round which will take place through 3 days will showcase not only intense but also interesting performances by the top candidates who have won the previous semi-final rounds in May, October and November. This is an opportunity for young Vietnamese people to test their skills as well as listen to the opinions from experts to improve their professional skills.
Admission to the exhibition is free. It is expected to attract thousands of visitors every day.
